MACH3 Recovery Terms of Use

These terms describe use of MACH3 Recovery, operated by Premier Movement LLC. Questions can be sent to info@mach3recovery.com.
Educational use and safety
MACH3 provides movement education, exercise demonstrations, symptom questionnaires and progress tools. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat a medical condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on exercise or recovery information, particularly after an injury or when symptoms are new, severe or worsening.
Stop an activity that causes worsening symptoms. For a possible emergency, contact local emergency services. Do not wait for an app response or rely on the AI assistant for an emergency.
Program availability and phase progression do not establish a diagnosis or medical clearance. AI-generated information can be incomplete or incorrect. No recovery outcome is guaranteed.
Accounts and content
Keep account details accurate and protect your sign-in information. Only upload content you own or have permission to use and share. Do not upload another person’s health information without appropriate permission. You retain ownership of your uploads and allow MACH3 and its service providers to store, process and display them to operate the features you use.
Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls or copy and redistribute MACH3’s exercise library without permission. You may use app-provided handouts for your own exercise reference.
Providers, links and purchases
Connecting with a provider does not by itself create a treatment relationship or certify that provider’s qualifications. External care resources, retailers and video services are independent of MACH3.
If a subscription is offered, its price, trial period, renewal terms and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Website memberships are billed through Stripe and can be managed from Profile. Prices and renewal terms are shown on the membership page and at checkout. Deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not by itself cancel a subscription.
Privacy and ending use
See our Privacy Policy for information handling. You can stop using the app and request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
We may restrict misuse or unsafe activity, maintain or change app features, and update these terms. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms.
