Delete your MACH3 account
Request permanent deletion of your MACH3 Recovery account and its associated personal data. You can use this page on the web even if you have uninstalled the app.
What will be deleted
Your account profile, injury assessments, symptom check-ins, recovery progress, saved exercises, personal uploads, provider connections, and reminder preferences. Copies that you or someone else downloaded outside MACH3 cannot be removed from their devices.
Our team processes requests within 30 days and confirms completion by email. Your account remains active until deletion is completed. This is a request for permanent deletion, not temporary deactivation. Any records that must be retained for a legal obligation will be explained in our response.
Deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not cancel a subscription. If you have one, manage it in Profile or with the store where you subscribed.
Cannot sign in?
Email info@mach3recovery.com from your account email with the subject “MACH3 account deletion.” Ask us to delete your account and associated personal data. We may need to verify account ownership; do not send passwords or medical records.
